How to Use Item Status Page?

Use Item Status Page to Check and Replace during Purchasing

1. Login to your account

2. Click into order's detail information page

3. Click the "Check Purchasing Status" link in righ above of items list table. You will get a new pop-up window.

4. Fill in 'buyer comments' field and click update button behind for those items need to reply, replacing or any new request related to this item.

please note, only those items in processing, n/a, pending status are allowed to submit informations. Also please set the status to "REPLACED" if you are trying to submit a replacement link. This is important because our purchasor may not pay attention to those new links if status not changed.
