Parcel Tracking If you still didn't get your parcel 30 days after the sent date, please contact us. iBuygle will request China Post Office to provide us with the tracking list of the parcel. It will take a long time to get the detailed tracking list. Generally speaking, one round checking will take one week. Sometimes the tracking fails, the China Post Office should send the request again and again. If there is no confirmation from China Post Office before deadline, we'll treat the parcel as the lost package and you'll get the compensation according to our Insurance Policy.
