Insurance/Accident Claim:

If there is a wrong size/color/pattern/quantity, a wrong parcel, a damaged item, a lost parcel, a missing article etc, you can file a claim within three working days after the receipt of the goods. The overdue response will not be accepted.

The following files should be attached when you email to us:

  • Packing slip (which included in parcels)
  • Invoice number
  • Pictures (If there is a wrong or broken item, you should provide us with detailed and clear photos.)

You can send your claim to service@ibuygle.com. Our assistants will reply you within 1-2 working days.

Parcel Tracking

If you still didn't get your parcel 30 days after the sent date, please contact us. iBuygle will request China Post Office to provide us with the tracking list of the parcel.
If you want us to trace your parcel, please email with the following information.
* The tracking number.
* The order number.

It will take a long time to get the detailed tracking list. Generally speaking, one round checking will take one week. Sometimes the tracking fails, the China Post Office should send the request again and again.

If there is no confirmation from China Post Office before deadline, we'll treat the parcel as the lost package and you'll get the compensation according to our Insurance Policy.

Customer Complaint:

The following information should be included when you submit to our customer service.

  • the receiver name and your order number
  • what happened or what you concern about?
  • what do you expect us to do for the resolution?

Our customer service will give you a quick response whitin 48 hrs. (except for holidays and vacation)

Please Note: You need to contact us for help firstly before you take any action in Paypal dispute program. Otherwise, we might refuse to provide resolution and take no responsibility for your transaction lost.
